What is the minimum order quantity?
Our current minimum wholesale order is 12 units per design. This helps us maintain quality and pricing consistency, and minimums may be adjusted for repeat customers.
What garments do you offer?
We currently offer a unisex tee in sizes XS to 2XL, with additional garment styles being added as our wholesale program grows.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG and JPEG files with the highest resolution available. Transparent PNG files are preferred for the cleanest print results.
How should artwork be prepared?
Artwork should be sized for your chosen print placement and have any unwanted background removed. If you're unsure, our team will review your file and reach out before production begins.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes 7 to 10 business days from artwork approval, depending on order size. Rush options may be available on request.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. We keep your artwork and print settings on file, so reordering the same design is fast and simple.
